NSW sets whole-of-gov payments platform built by Azuron live The NSW government has flicked the switch on its new whole-of-government payments engine built by Azuron, with the state’s Roads and Maritime Services agency (RMS) the first to jump on board. First announced just over a year ago, the NSW customer service agency, Service NSW, timed the release of the payments engine go-live with the arrival of its MyServiceNSW customer service portal earlier this month. RMS is one of two agencies to launch with the portal, and is the first to be cutover to the new payments platform. The application allows NSW residents to pay for a licence renewal or parking fine with PayPal, Apple Pay and the likes of Visa Checkout. December 2015 – Azuron @ NSW Crown Lands Azuron has been selected by Crown Lands NSW to deliver a new set of online tools to manage reserve trust annual reporting and facilitate the annual application process which provides financial support (grants and loans) for the development, maintenance and improvement of public reserves in New South Wales.
September 2015 – Azuron delivers the Spatial Strategy for the NSW Office of Environment and Heritage. Azuron and its sister company Full Extent, have been selected to deliver the 3 year Spatial Strategy for the Office of Environment and Heritage. The study and strategic directions delivered through this engagement will allow OEH to pave the way in a forward thinking manner for their environmental data delivery to the other agencies and the community.
December 2015 – Azuron @ Legend Corporation (CABAC) – SAP ERP Upgrade Azuron is managing the delivery of the SAP ERP upgrafor CABAC / Legend Corporation . The go-live date planned on the 24th December 2015 went accordign to plan and Azuron has now gone into a reactive support mode for this client.
November 2015 – Azuron @ Services NSW Azuron is in the final phase of delivering the Payment Services Gateway to Services NSW. The team has been engaged to deliver a one stop shop portal for the internal management and auditing of the payment platform.
October 2015 Azuron @ RMS Azuron is providing expert systems integration services to RMS to support the roll-out of the IBM integration platform IIB9. Azuron has now been involved with RMS for more than 3 years providing solution architecture, design and delivery, as well as integration and security consulting to the organisation.
Service NSW has begun building a whole-of-government Payment Services Platform and has engaged Sydney company, Azuron, to begin initial work on the project, NSW minister for finance, service and property, Dominic Perrottet said on Tuesday. “The solution will reduce duplication of payments infrastructure, streamline payment processes, and deliver value for money, Perrottet said. The platform will eventually be made available to all NSW government agencies, reducing multiple payment systems and streamlining the receipt of monies to cut down further bureaucratic red tape, he said.
