22 Nov: Azuron on NSW Govt ICT Services Panel 2020

Azuron is proud to announce that it has been selected and approved to be a member of the NSW Government Panel Contract for Provision of ICT Services for Whole of Government, known as Panel 2020. The selection for this panel was the result of a six months selection process and was officially launched in May 2009; this pre-approved supplier panel will be operational until 2012. 22 Nov: Azuron Delivers ePlan Stage1 to Dept of Lands

The NSW Department of Lands and Azuron have recently released the stage 1 of a new internet facility offered through the Spatial Information eXchange (SIX) which provides a collaborative work space for surveyors and the Department of Lands and introduces new services and ecommerce facilities to meet the online needs of the community. Azuron is working with the NSW Department of Lands to undertake a major program that will deliver electronic processing of digital land title plans in NSW. By implementing an information management system based upon electronic service delivery, the ePlan Program will ensure that Lands plan processing is fast and efficient and meets the needs of the growing NSW economy. 22 Nov: Dept of Aboriginal Affairs Reporting Site launch

Azuron has recently released an application for the Department of Aboriginal Affairs (DAA) serving the Interagency Plan to Tackle Child Sexual Assault in Aboriginal Communities. DAA is the lead agency for this plan and needs to collect report from 20 partner agencies on a regular basis. Azuron has gathered and analyzed the requirements with DAA subject matter experts, and has designed and implemented a solution that addresses the current needs and has also set the technology foundation at AC3 (, the government secure data centre, for the future of the organization. The exceptional quality of the work delivered, the high level of understanding of the requirements and the velocity to implement solution that Azuron provided has been recognized by DAA executives as an outstanding achievement, allowing this agency to comply with its regulatory requirements and mission within government and the community.

22 Nov: Azuron wins the NSW Gold Award in 2008

Azuron and the Department of Lands of NSW have won the NSW Premier’s Gold Award delivered by the NSW Premier’s Nathan Rees, in the category – Delivering the plan – Business, for the delivery of SIX, the Spatial Information eXchange. This achievement has recognized the importance and quality of the work that has been performed to deliver the Spatial Information eXchange to the New South Wales Government.

Azuron has been selected by Crown Lands NSW to deliver a new set of online tools to manage reserve trust annual reporting and facilitate the annual application process which provides financial support (grants and loans) for the development, maintenance and improvement of public reserves in New South Wales.

22 Nov: NSW sets whole-of-gov payments platform built by Azuron live

The NSW government has flicked the switch on its new whole-of-government payments engine built by Azuron, with the state’s Roads and Maritime Services agency (RMS) the first to jump on board. First announced just over a year ago, the NSW customer service agency, Service NSW, timed the release of the payments engine go-live with the arrival of its MyServiceNSW customer service portal earlier this month. RMS is one of two agencies to launch with the portal, and is the first to be cutover to the new payments platform. The application allows NSW residents to pay for a licence renewal or parking fine with PayPal, Apple Pay and the likes of Visa Checkout. Read the complete article:
